Harrington is a reporter for KFSN-ABC30. Previously before coming to ABC30 she spent five years working at KERO in Bakersfield where she served as an evening anchor and reporter. She anchored the 5, 6, 7, & 11 p.m. newscasts Monday through Friday and also served as the investigative reporter for 23ABC. While at 23ABC Jessica reported on the Erskine Fire in 2016, the mudslides that shut down Highway 58 and Interstate 5 in 2015, and the Sabrina Limon murder trial in 2018.
While working as the investigative reporter she uncovered an exclusive video showing how a man was able to call in a fake active shooter incident at a local hospital and then pose as an officer while the investigation unfolded, a lawsuit against the Boys & Girls Club of Kern County for a child who was sexually assaulted, how people are abusing the Text-to-911 system, and a Bakersfield Police officer who sent sexually explicit picture messages to a victim who had just called police for help among multiple other stories. During her free time, she enjoys running half-marathons, 5K, and 10K races. She also enjoys local restaurants and hanging out with her rottweiler, Canelo.
