In 2018, she attained the prestigious Silver Circle Award from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Moreover, she serves as the longest-stint news anchor at one station in Buffalo broadcast history. Prior to Buffalo, she served in Rochester, and Springfield, Illinois as an anchor. In 2021, she served New York State Broadcasters’ Hall of Fame as an inductee. The American Association of University Women, Buffalo Branch gifted a $5,000 College Scholarship in acknowledgment of her community service from 2009 to 2019.
Additionally, she attained the Lifetime Achievement Award and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in 2017.
