Also, he serves as a partner of DNA Communications LLC since January 2010. Moreover, he serves Oceanic Time Warner Cable as a Tv producer and a broadcaster. Else, he serves Pacific Links Hawaii Championship as a Director of Communications. His 1990 stint at KHON served as the biggest moment of his career. Further, he launched Hawaii’s initial morning newscast alongside co-anchor Leslie Wilcox on September 7th, 1992.
Since the station served as the only one doing morning news, for various hours they aired Hurricane Iniki before any station aired the hurricane. This experience defined his career. Further, he has served a number of news outlets. Moreover, he served in play-by-play and pre-and post-game duties for both the University of Hawaii and local high school athletics. During his career, he met three presidents, played golf alongside Michael Jordan, and flew with the Blue Angels.
However, his most memorable story count visiting the USS Arizona Memorial alongside a Pearl Harbor survivor and a former Japanese fighter pilot. On September 8th, 2014, he rejoined KHON2 to aid in debuting another new broadcast, KHON2 News at 9, alongside Marisa Yamane. When he is not working, he’s at his favorite spot with his dogs.
