Hilary Farr is a British-Canadian TV Host, Interior Designer, businesswoman, and former actress. She is a co-host of the HGTV and W Network series, Love It or List It alongside David Visentin.

She later made several appearances in several movies and series City on Fire (1979), Sex Farm (1973), The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975), Feel the Width (1973), The Return (1980), Layout for 5 Models (1972), and Never Mind the Quality. In 1973, she took a singing role in Grease in London. In November 1996, Hilary founded Hilary Farr Designs Inc. based in Toronto, Canada.
As an interior designer, she has renovated and designed properties in the UK, Australia, New York, California, and Toronto. Moreover, she also renovated properties for several celebrities including Jennifer Hudson’s loft in Chicago and Jenna Elfman’s home. In 2008, Hilary moved back to Toronto and started serving as the co-host of Love It or List It by HGTV and W Network alongside David Visentin.
In 2010, she appeared on Search for the Next W Expert and served as a judge. Later in 2011, she made several guest appearances as guest host of the Canadian International Interior Design Show in Vancouver, Edmonton, and Toronto. While Hillary convinces them to renovate their current home instead of buying a new house. At the end of the competition, the renovations, the family/couple is given a house tour of their new home and the keys to their home.
