While there, she developed and branded her own segment “Ask The Trainer.” Each week she featured a question from a viewer and gets answers from a fitness expert. In July 2016, she elevated to a traffic anchor for Daybreak. She continued to craft her weekly fitness segment, and also a new segment “Unique To Colorado” which featured people and places that are special to the Centennial State.

A year later, she was promoted to morning anchor where she developed her own weekly segment, Hometown Heroes. Each week she featured someone making a marked difference in the community.
During her leisure time, she usually likes rooting for the Dodgers and the Golden Knights, traveling to Central America,paddle-boarding Lake Mead, as well as hiking in the mountains. She is quite an adventurer at heart.
