Hannah Falcon is an American journalist who is working for KMIZ-TV as an anchor of the weekend newscasts at 6, 9, and 10 p.m. on ABC 17 News. Additionally, she serves as a reporter during the early and late evening newscasts on weekdays. She joined the ABC 17 News team in June 2021.

She joined the ABC 17 News team in June 2021. Prior to this, she served at the NBC affiliate, KPRC-TV in Houston, Texas as an intern. While she was a sophomore, she served as a managing director of the school newspaper.
During her semester in Washington, D.C, she began to develop a liking for reporting on public policy. Further, she traversed her interest when she served t at the state level with KXAN-TV in the Texas capital. When she is not working, she enjoys exploring national parks, trying new restaurants, and coasting haphazardly in museums.
