Prior to joining the FOX 13 news team, she worked at WINK News in Fort Myers. While there, she served the station as a reporter and anchor for five years. During her time there, she traveled all over the state, she went skydiving twice with the U.S. Army Golden Knights during their winter training in Homestead, witnessed the execution of Manuel Valle in Starke, and covered the Gulf of Mexico oil spill in Pensacola.
Before coming to Fort Myers, Florida, she worked at WTVH/WSTM in Syracuse, NY. While there, she served as a multimedia journalist for one year and a half. She often hauls cameras and tripods through the snowiest of conditions. During her working time there, she covered Onondaga County’s first hate-crime murder trial She also broke the story on the missing persons case of Aeryn Gillern.
