Moncuré is a reporter and anchor at FOX 11 KTTV News in Los Angeles, California. He serves the station as a sports anchor and reporter and anchors FOX 11 Extra Innings on Saturdays. His love and passion for journalism started at a young age when he began his career in Yuma, Arizona. After some time working there, he moved to Memphis to work for Mid-South Powerhouse, WMC. While there, he served the station as the weekend sports anchor. From there, he landed another job in Fresno, California. During his working time there, he served at KJEO as the main anchor and Sports Director.
His career did not stop there, he moved to Dallas, Texas to work for KTVT and KDFW. While there, he worked as an anchor and covered the Dallas Cowboys’ 1996 Super Bowl victory. After working there for quite some time, he got an opportunity to work for KNBC and KCOP in Los Angeles. During his working time there, he covered the Lakers’ three-peat championships. In addition to his work stops, he worked in Philadelphia at WPHL. While there, he served the station as the Sports Director. This was after a short period out of the business, he got another job at KHSL in Chico, California where he worked as the sports director.
He also worked for KNTV in San Francisco. During his time there, he covered the San Francisco Giants’ 2014 World Series win and Golden State Warriors’ 2015 NBA Championship. Moncuré is thrilled to be back hometown Los Angeles, covering his hometown LA Kings, Rams, Dodgers, and Lakers at the same time raising his family with his wife. In addition to that, after the historic victory, he covered the Ram’s 2022 Super Bowl victory with exclusive interviews on the SoFi Stadium turf.
