Before serving FOX Kansas News, she worked with KRQE News, New Mexico- a CBS affiliate in Albuquerque serving the station as a morning news anchor and reporter in Albuquerque  since August 2014 to April 2016. Nonetheless, she joined the station in June 2003. Upon joining the station in June 2013, she served as a multimedia journalist in Roswell for a year and 3 months.

During her time in Albuquerque, she broadcasted a school shooting, the Department of Justice’s investigation into the Albuquerque Police Department. Too, she broadcasted  , Pope Francis’ visit to the Mexico-United States border. Also, she served HuskerVision part-time as a production assistant since August 2011 to December 2012. Further, she has worked for KMBC-TV 9 , Kansas as an intern since May 2012 to Aug 2012. Younger also worked with KWCH 12, Wichita as an intern for 4 months since May 2011.

Moreover, she has served as a server when she worked part-time for Golden Corral for 2  and a half years since March 2009. Last but not least, she has served part-time as a lifeguard for Hays Aquatic Park, Hays for 3 years and 4 months since May 2007. To boot, she has worked as a coach for Girls On The Run.

On a side note, she is a member of the Women United Read to Succeed initiative which aids local elementary students change from “learning to read” to “reading to learn.” When she’s not on-air, she enjoys working out, spending time with her family and friends and solving a puzzle.
