Michaelson is a reporter and anchor at FOX 11 KTTV News in Los Angeles, California. He co-anchors FOX 11 News weeknights at 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 10 p.m. alongside Christine Devine. In addition to that, he co-hosts the “FOX 11 Special Report” alongside Marla Tellez on weeknights at 6 p.m. Michaelson got a lot of roles, he also produces and hosts the political talk show “The Issue Is,” which airs on stations throughout the state of California.
He began his journalism career job as an intern at FOX 11. Michaelson has conducted one-on-one interviews with nearly every key political figure including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jerry Brown, Gavin Newsom, Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, and many more. He has described himself as a “political junkie.” In addition to that, he co-moderated debates for multiple congressional races, L.A. County Sheriff, L.A. Mayor, and also California Governor.
Furthermore, he has reported live from Democratic and Republican National Conventions & multiple Presidential Inaugurations.
