Franklin started working as a producer and anchor for the weekend newscasts during the summer of ’96. He moved over to anchor Fox, Texoma’s News @ 9 on KJTL in October 2005 after reporting stories from around the area. In January 2012, Franklin started working full-time as an anchor at KFDX 3 News @ 10. Also, he served as an anchor at KFDX 3 News @ 5 and 6 in March 2018.
