She is a highly educated and qualified woman. After graduating from high school with a high school diploma, she attended Salisbury University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Geography: Atmospheric Science and Communications: Multimedia Journalism. That was before making the move to Charm City.
Prior to joining WBAL-TV, Dalencia worked for about six years in Salisbury on the Eastern Shore as a meteorologist. She is excited about exploring her newfound part of Maryland and finds joy in helping viewers and their loved ones plan out their days and stay safe.
