Terlecki serves as a news director at WAOW-TV in Wisconsin. In this role, she is in charge of editing, writing, and developing 10 stories per day for digital and daily newscasts. Prior to this role, she served as the assistant news director as well as the executive producer and Sunday anchor. On joining WAOW-TV, she started off by serving as the weekend news anchor as well as a multimedia journalist from July 2015 to August 2018. Prior to working at WAOW-TV, she worked and interned at Comcast SportsNet Chicago based in Chicago, Illinois from January 2015 to May 2015.
She had previously spent 4 months working and interning at WGN-TV from August 2014 to November 2014. During her tenure at WGN, she logged, screened, clipped, and conducted interviews. From July 2013 to September 2014, she worked at Tory Burch where she served as an operations manager based in Rosemont, Illinois.
