Peters serves KOAA as a morning reporter. She joined the station in April 2021. Prior to this, she served WTRF 7News in Wheeling as a sports anchor and reporter for 2 years. Upon graduation, she served as a graduate assistant before attaining her Master’s degree in 2018. During her college years, she served WVU News as a sports anchor. Also, she served Mountaineer Playbook as a reporter where she broadcasted WVU sports. Moreover, she served as a campus correspondent for ESPNU. A number of her stories as a campus correspondent aired nationally.

Additionally, she served Mountaineer TV as an intern. Also, she served the WV Black Bears as an in-game host. Further, she served as a live correspondent who hosted the 2017 National Scout Jamboree. In her free time, she loves exploring the outdoors with her dog and practicing yoga.
