Anita Roman is an American Anchor/Reporter working for Fox 10 News as an Achor/Reporter since joining the station in July 2011. Prior to Fox 10, she was working for the NBC affiliate in Las Vegas via the Midwest, where she was anchoring the weekend newscasts at first, before moving to the midday show in Springfield, Illinois.

To her, every story she covers is an opportunity to make a difference and to help people. Additionally, she loves listening to the concerns of the local residents and getting out of the community.
While in Las Vegas, she reported on the Monte Carlo fire, the Hepatitis C Health scare, which affected thousands of residents there, and on the O.J. Simpson arrest. Additionally, she canvassed a North Las Vegas neighborhood with Hillary Clinton where she reported live on the historic democratic debates that were held in the Valley. Roman has also made appearances on CNN, The Today Show, and MSNBC.
Away from work, she loves spending time with her fiancé and Chihuahua “Shorty.” Additionally, they also enjoy hiking all the local mountain ranges and taking advantage of the gorgeous weather in the valley. Additionally, during a warm evening, they take their 1963 Cadillac Convertible for a spin or hop on one of their custom motorcycles for a ride up Camelback Mountain. Among her hobbies includes reading as she is an avid reader, and shopping, additionally, she is studying to fluent in Spanish.
