While there, she anchored about 10 hours of news in Seattle, WA. In her time in Seattle, she covered police reform, historic wildfires, groundbreaking elections, and the homelessness and opioid crisis. Aside from this, he has also worked in newsrooms in Houston, Texas, Ohio, and Lafayette, Los Angeles.
Previously, he was also working for Sinclair Broadcast Group in Dayton, Ohio Area serving the station as a Reporter/ Fill-In Anchor. She worked for the station between June 2013 and June 2015. This is in addition to working for KPRC-TV in Houston, Texas as a Freelance Reporter/Traffic Reporter. She worked for the station between February 2012 and February 2013. In addition to this, she worked for KLFY NEWS 10 in Lafayette, Louisiana Area between 207 and 2009. There, she served the station as a Morning Anchor/Reporter.
Her career as a journalist began long before her new career. He has been working on Television in local and National TV shows and Commercials since she was about ten years old. Among her proudest moments in the TV Industry include hosting a multi-part Emmy-winning documentary for PBS on domestic violence and producing educational programming for NASA’s Johnston Space Center.
Being a proud member of the National Association of Black Journalists, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., she devoted her time and voice to shining light on underrepresented communities and issues. Away from work. she enjoys buying shoes, watching movies, and reading books. She may also be found eating her way through Denver and also working it off by enjoying scenic hikes with her fu baby, Toa.
