Alex Carter is an American meteorologist who is working for FOX 54 News as a morning meteorologist alongside co-anchors, Vincent Hill and Danielle Ledbetter for the CSRA’s 5-hour newscast from 5 to 10 a.m. He joined the FOX 54 Weather team in October 2021

After completing his undergraduate studies in May 2018, he became its alumnus with an Associate Of Science degree. Later, he went on to join the University of South Alabama in August 2018.
And in May 2021, he became its alumnus with a Bachelor Of Applied Science degree in Broadcast Meteorology and a Communications minor. While at the university, he served AtmosCenter as the chief meteorologist and South Alabama as a tutor.

Carter serves FOX 54 News as a morning meteorologist alongside co-anchors, Vincent Hill and Danielle Ledbetter for the CSRA’s 5-hour newscast from 5 to 10 a.m. He joined the FOX 54 Weather team in October 2021. Moreover, he served as a community liaison at AU Health Imaging for 5 months. Further, he served WCJB TV20 in Gainesville, Florida as a meteorologist. This is where his meteorologist career debuted.
While in Gainsville, he provided coverage for weather-spanning tornados, hurricanes, and frost/freeze happenings. Also, he served Wear-Tv 3 ABC in Pensacola, Florida as a meteorologist intern for 4 months since May 2019. Additionally, he has a passion for sports uniquely golf. And, loves delicious soul food, and down-to-earth people.
