He started his news career after his college where he got a job as a multimedia journalist for KVAL News in Oregon. For his passion in this career, which was finding truth and telling people unique and important stories, he quickly moved to the position of the station’s weekend anchor.
Later, after years, he was promoted to evening anchor at the NBC affiliate KMTR, the company’s second station. Later on, he moved to KTXL in California where he was the evening anchor. Away from work, he may be found playing with his girls at one of their favorite parks, emceeing for local nonprofits and causes he’s passionate about, or running on one of the endless trails in the area.
