In 2011 she graduated from the University of South with a degree in Mass Communications – Broadcast Journalism in Florida and before that graduated from Evangelical Christian School in Fort Myer. After graduating, she went on to pursue her dream in New York, D.C., Atlanta, and Los Angeles. She is proud to highlight local heroes in her community through her “Living the Legacy” segment.
God planned a better plan for her life. She relocated back home and accepted the Lifestyle Journalist position at Hello SWFL four years ago. She can’t tell how amazing it’s been to get paid to do what she loves in her hometown. Armstrong gets to tell the stories of people, places, and organizations that she genuinely loves. During her free time, you may find her at TJMaxx, squeezing in a two-day flight somewhere, spending time with my incredibly supportive, try Netflix, loving family…that hails from Barbados, volunteering, and dancing.
