Seacrest hails from Atlanta, born to Constance Marie (formerly Zullinger), a homemaker, and Gary Lee Seacrest, a real estate lawyer. Gary Lee Seacrest, his father, held the rank of lieutenant in the U.S. Army, while his grandfather, Henry Gene Skeen, achieved the position of major general in the same military branch.
