Prior to joining the FOX 12 News Team, Creighton worked at WBFF Fox 45 in Baltimore from July 2020 to December 2022 as an anchor and reporter. During her time at the station, Creighton was awarded an Emmy for her breaking news coverage of the tragic ambush murder of a Baltimore City police officer.
As a military spouse, she has had to move frequently, allowing her to work in various TV news markets around the country, including KGTV Channel 10 in San Diego (2013–2017), where she anchored the Emmy-winning weekend broadcast, WDJT CBS 58 in Milwaukee (2011–2013), WPMI Local 15 in Mobile/Wichita (2009–2011), and at KLKN-TV in Nebraska (2007–2009).
She has also worked at WFOR CBS Miami (2017–2020) as a reporter and fill-in anchor, where she covered the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School mass shooting in Parkland, Florida, that took the lives of 17 students and faculty. Off-screen, Creighton enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, running, and hiking (She once hiked the 27-mile historic Incan Trail in Peru all the way to Machu Picchu).
