Pat Walker Biography
Pat Walker is an American meteorologist who is working for KARK on the air weekday mornings on KARK 4 Today and on the sister station’s Fox 16 Good Day. Also, he serves as the weekday meteorologist for Arkansas Today at noon on KARK. He joined the Arkansas Storm Team in March 2013. Additionally, he has served the station for more than half a decade.

Walker serves KARK on the air weekday mornings on KARK 4 Today and on the sister station’s Fox 16 Good Day. Also, he serves as the weekday meteorologist for Arkansas Today at noon on KARK. He joined the Arkansas Storm Team in March 2013. Additionally, he has served the station for more than half a decade. After attaining his B.A., he served in various jobs for 5 years counting youth pastoring before pursuing his Meteorology degree.
While growing up, he spent nearly every tornado and drastic thunderstorm warning underground in his family’s backyard storm cellar. Moreover, he recalls knee-high snow that led to the cancellation of schools and terrifying tornado outbreaks such as March 1, 1997, and January 21, 1999. Even though he didn’t dream of serving as a meteorologist while growing up, Arkansas weather has left its impact on him.
Moreover, he has served at stations in Columbus, Mississippi; San Angelo, Texas; Lawton, Oklahoma; and Davenport, Iowa. He serves as a Razorback fan who’s glad to live in his home state again. Else, he holds the Broadcaster Seal of Approval from the National Weather Association. Also, he attained the Weather Broadcast of the Year from the Oklahoma Broadcaster’s Association. To boot, he and his family serve as members of Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock.
