She kick-started her career as a Multimedia Journalist in Billings, Montana. While there, she was working for KULR 8 News serving the station as a Reporter. She worked for the station between January 2010 and July 2012. There, she was able to travel with the Montana National Guard to Ft. Bliss, Texas before their deployment overseas. Later on, her career then took her to Dayton, Ohio as a crime reporter.
She then went on to join Sinclair Broadcast Group in Dayton, Ohio Area. There, she worked between July 2012 and November 2015. This was before eventually moving to Tampa Florida, Florida where she spent four years covering hurricanes along the coast. There, she was working for Scripps Networks Interactive. Grigg is a strong advocate for journalism and finding the truth and reporting the facts. She also believes in family, finding quality time with them, and is proud to call Arizona home.
