Capper is an anchor and Reporter working for WCIA. She began her career at KTAB/KRBC in Abilene, Texas, not far from the university. She covered breaking news, state, county, and local politics, among other topics. In December 2021, Capper became a member of the WCIA news staff as the Weekend Anchor and Reporter. She was born and reared in the warm state of Southern California, but after spending time in Texas, she rapidly turned into a Southern Belle.
Capper previously worked at Texan Christian Univesity as a news anchor and reporter from January 2020 to May of the same year. She also worked as a frog fitness program manager in Dallas from August 2017 to May 2020. Moreover, prior to working at Texan Christian Univesity, she was an intern at KTVT-TV CBS 11 from January 2020 to April of the same year.
She is eager to settle in Illinois and share her memories because she is familiar with the area thanks to the fact that her mother was born and raised on Scott Air Force Base. Marley enjoys singing at church, working out, seeing new restaurants, and hanging out with her nearby college buddies when she isn’t anchoring or reporting.
