She also spent two years as a meteorologist and MMJ in Wilmington, North Carolina, where she expanded her knowledge of tropical weather.

Caldwell serves as a meteorologist at WEAR-TV (ABC 3) in Pensacola, Florida, where she delivers weather forecasts on Saturdays and Sundays (mornings and evenings), plus Wednesdays and Thursdays at 4 PM & 10 PM. Notably, she is responsible for delivering forecasts for Northwest Florida, South Alabama, and the South Mississippi Gulf Coast, preparing graphics with WSI Max, and delivering live broadcasts, radio weather segments, and web stories.
Caldwell joined the WEAR First Warning Weather Team in August of 2024 and is thrilled to be a part of the WEAR team and is excited to bring our viewers weather information that matters. Before joining WEAR-TV, Caldwell served as a Weekend Meteorologist & Multimedia Journalist at WWAY-TV in Wilmington, NC (from May 2022 to May 2024). In that role, she covered tropical weather systems, produced “Weather Wise” educational segments, and reported on local events and breaking news.
Prior to that, Caldwell was a Freelance Meteorologist at WRBL News 3 in Columbus, GA (from December 2021 to May 2022), where she delivered forecasts for live newscasts, web, and social media, and monitored severe weather events. She held this role while still completing her studies at Mississippi State University. Off-screen, Caldwell enjoys listening to live music, playing tennis or pickleball, out on a walk or run, and can also be found at the beach or at her CrossFit class.
