Her role encompasses anchoring the weekend morning shows and delivering weekday evening news reports, along with her appearances on Great Day Connecticut. Prior to joining her current team, she hailed from FiOS1News, a former cable TV station serving Westchester, Long Island, and New Jersey.
There, she held the positions of Weekend Weather Anchor and Weekday Traffic Reporter. Additionally, she spearheaded a popular fitness segment called “Fitness Friday” during her six-year tenure at the station. Lorin’s career journey began as a One Man Band Reporter in the southern regions of West Virginia and North Carolina.
She subsequently returned to the northern states, assuming the role of Traffic Anchor in Connecticut for several years. Outside of her professional pursuits, Lorin cherishes her time spent with family and friends. She proudly embraces her role as a mother to her toddler son and corgi dog, Ollie. Lorin’s interests extend to baking, exploring new workout routines, and her deep commitment to finding a cure for Alzheimer’s. She actively volunteers with the Connecticut Alzheimer’s Association, driven by her passion to make a difference in this important cause.
