Bade works as a News Anchor for FOX 5 News. Since the station’s establishment in 2008, she has been the primetime anchor for FOX 5 News. On weekends, he anchors at 5, 6, 10, and 11 p.m.

For her achievements in academics, she garnered a one-on-one interview with Walter Cronkite himself. She came back to the Sun Devil campus in 2004 where she was inducted into the ASU Broadcasting Hall of Fame.
Furthermore, she got her first on-air job in Yuma, Arizona at KYMA where she worked as a fill-in anchor and evening weathercaster. At Mississippi State University, she received her Broadcast Meteorology degree and certification. Bade went back to her hometown of Phoenix where she worked for the NBA’s Phoenix Suns in community relations.
There, she worked alongside such basketball greats as the incomparable Charles Barkley and all Famer Connie Hawkins. Within two years, she climbed up the ladder and worked as the weekend anchor at CBS in Phoenix.
She helped place a record number of children into loving homes when KFMB Channel 8 brought her to San Diego. In 2008, she returned to the San Diego Airwaves. In her spare time, she’s either cheering for her own kids in sports, or on the sidelines of San Diego State Aztec football and basketball games.
