Additionally, he has served the station for more than 2 decades. Moreover, he serves as an Emmy-awarded sports reporter who broadcasted all six Patriots Super Bowl victories in 2001, 2003, 2004, 2014, 2016, and 2018.

Further, he provided coverage for all four of the Red Sox’s World Series victories i.e. in 2004, 2007, 2013, and 2018, the Celtic’s NBA Championship victory in 2008, and the Boston Bruins Stanley Cup Championship in 2011. In addition to that, his 2003 interview with Bruins bruiser, P.J. Stock attained state attention. During the interview, the supposed to be an instructional story on fighting in the NHL led to an unplanned brawl.

On a side note, when he joined WHDH he initially, served as a sports reporter. Later, he got promoted to serve as a weekend sports anchor three years later in March 2001. Prior to Boston, he served in Providence as a weekend sports anchor and reporter. Additionally, he served Cape 11 News in Yarmouth as the sports director and anchor.

In 2016 and 2020, the National Sports Media Association dubbed him Massachusetts Sportscaster of the Year. Boston.com’s A-List elected him Boston’s Best Sportscaster in 2011. To boot, CityVoter Boston A-List selected him as Boston’s Best Sportscaster in 2010. On top of that, he was inducted into the National Italian-American Sports Hall of Fame — Massachusetts Chapter in September 2017. Else, he serves on the Board of Directors for the John M. Barry Boys & Girls Club of Newton.
