Jessica Brown is an American Anchor/Reporter/Multi-Media Journalist working for WCVB as an anchor\reporter. She co-anchors WCVB Channel 5’s NewsCenter 5 at Noon alongside Antoinette Antonio as well as NewsCenter 5 at 4 PM with Maria Stephanos and Ed Harding.

She worked there since 2012 breaking news reports and many high-profile stories including the aftermath of the George Floyd protests, the murder trial of Ray Tensing, and more.
Brown worked at KSNF-TV and KODE-TV in Joplin, MO as an anchor/reporter before joining WXIX. At t KSNF-TV and KODE-TV, she not only experienced but reported one of the deadliest tornadoes in history. Ten years ago, she started her broadcast news career at WAGA-TV in Atlanta, GA.
She is an active member of the National Association of Black Journalists. Also, she’s dedicated to community service and believes service is one of the ways she feels connected to her faith. She has a passion for volunteering her time to mentor young girls.
Brown obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University. During her free time, she’s either checking out new eateries, at the dog park with her pup Rocco, or traveling the globe.
