While in school, she edited a program for the local cable channel known as Red TV. In addition, she also wrote articles for the student paper. This later led to a work experience opportunity where she joined Sky News and fell deeply in love with TV News. There, they offered her a job on the planning desk, and soon after she has never looked back.
While working at Sky, she worked her way up to being the Deputy News Editor and the Field Producer in which she worked on stories as diverse as the protest in the Iraq War to London Fashion Week. In addition, she was still on the desk for the Boxing Day Tsunami and the death of Pope John Paul II.
Later on, she got an opportunity in Moscow where she went to her motherland and also helped set up a new 24-hour news station called Russia Today. After a couple of years working there as a Presenter, she moved back to the UK where she went to lead the Guardian Media Group’s city Channel known as Channel M for one year. Later on, her lust led her to her current working station ITV after she saw this opportunity carried in it an opportunity of living next to France by the sea.
Since her moving to the island about ten years ago, she has included a reputation for a no-nonsense interviewing style. This is in addition to working on special news investigations and reporting live at big events. However, most importantly, she got to meet the love of her life and acquired two dogs in addition to buying a house here. Away from work, she enjoys playing netball, walking her spaniel, dog, practicing yoga, and horse-riding. In addition, she has a ball making my toddler giggle.
