He started his career while still in college at the Colorado State University where he served as an anchor and reporter. Bird joined WTOK-TV immediately after graduating from Colorado State University. Whenever he is not working, he enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends. He also enjoys playing basketball, baseball, video games, and working out.
