Prior to joining the WMUR News, she was working for the FOX affiliate station in Portland, Maine. There she covered the 2000 presidential campaign and broke the news of George W. Bush’s drunken driving arrest. Her story was honored with a number of awards which include a National Clarion Award and an Edward R. Murrow Award for Investigative Journalism.
Prior to beginning her reporting and anchoring career, she was serving as a producer for WMTW, an ABC affiliate station in Portland, Maine. She has also worked with WB56 in Boston. The year 1997 saw him producing “The Ten o’Clock news” at WB56. She has also been privileged to win an Emmy Award for being an Outstanding Newscast Producer. She was raised in Bedford, Massachusetts, and is a proud graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University.
