Jackson works for CBS 42 as a sports anchor. During the greatest stretch of sports in the city’s history he comes back to Alabama after seven years as a weekend sports anchor in Kansas City. He reported a Major League Soccer Cup title with Sporting Kansas City, saw the Chiefs go to the Super Bowl in consecutive seasons, the Kansas Jayhawks in the Final Four, and back-to-back World Series with the Royals.
The “Great State of Alabama,” is not new to her because she was born in Birmingham and enrolled at Alabama A&M where he played baseball. For 12 years she worked as a sports director at Alabama News Network in Montgomery prior to joining KC.
