Petri is WKRG’s weekend morning anchor and digital journalist. He has seen the destruction and continuing recovery during the 2010 BP disaster. He spent weeks in central Alabama reporting the deadly tornadoes that ravaged Tuscaloosa and the rest of the state’s midsection.
Petri is no stranger to sports reporting either, as he reported four college football national championships spanning the country in New Orleans, LA, Pasadena, CA, Miami, FL, and Phoenix, AZ.
