Libby serves KARK as a weekend meteorologist. He joined the Arkansas Storm Team in September 2021. Prior to this, he served in Duluth, Minnesota at KBJR as a weekend meteorologist. During his time there, he provided coverage for a record-breaking blizzard that dropped just about 2 feet of snow. Also, he provided coverage for a polar vortex that kept temperatures below zero for 10 solid days.
Apart from winter weather, he has provided coverage for a number of drastic weather outbreaks including baseball-sized hail and tornadoes. In May 2022, he attained his Certified Broadcast Meteorologist seal of approval from the American Meteorological Society. In addition to that, his hobbies include fishing, football, and forecasting the weather
