Judy Hsu is a Taiwanese Emmy-Award-Winning Anchor/Reporter working for ABC 7 News as an evening anchor anchoring the 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. newscasts where she joined the station in April of 2001. Prior to ABC 7, she was working as a 4 p.m. weekday news anchor for KFMB-TV located in San Diego, California where she also previously served as the station’s weekend anchor and general assignment reporter.

This was just prior to his living in the Oval Office. In addition, being a rookie reporter in California, she was able to cover the O.J. Simpson verdict from the Los Angeles courthouse. Additionally, she was among the youngest reporters to fly with the Blue Angels.
She is fluent in the Mandarin language and brings to Chicago News a global perspective. Having ad an internship experience with the legendary Chicago Anchor, Walter Jacobson, she was able to land her first job with WCIA in Champaign. Her passion nowadays is speaking to schoolchildren, especially about the importance of pursuing their dreams.
