During her time there, she was involved in the UWA football team where she served as video personnel, and was part of the UWA Cheerleading Squad.
When it comes to her career, Paylor works full-time at WTOK ABC 11 News as a weekend evening news anchor – she appears on the 5:30 PM, 6 PM, and 10 PM newscasts. She started with this role in March 2024. She has also been working as a multimedia journalist and news producer at the station since December 2023. Before she started with WTOK-TV, she was in college, and while there, she completed a 2-month internship at WTOK-TV – this was from May to June 2023. While attending college, she worked part-time as a Walmart associate in Meridian from April 2020 to August 2023.
Paylor developed a love for TV news anchoring and reporting early in life after seeing Lindsey Hall on screen – she says that she wished to work alongside Lindsey! Even though she does not cover sports, she says that she still enjoys watching NFL games and college football. Paylor is thrilled to return home to follow her dream of working as a news reporter and multimedia journalist for WTOK News 11. Also, she says that she values building strong ties with her community and being a familiar face that shares daily local news.
