He has a lot of fun traveling all over Northwestern Pennsylvania, Southwestern New York, and Northeastern Ohio to bring viewers stories. He began his broadcasting profession in his hometown of Franklin where he worked at WFRA radio as the News Director.
John also worked for a short time in Oil City at WKQW. He is also serves in the Knights of Columbus and active at Sacred Heart Parish in Erie. He also enjoys doing stand-up comedy for the Laughter in the Limelight fundraiser to benefit the Mental Health Association of NW Pennsylvania and NAMI. Last is a small contributor to the Erie News Now Trivia Team which contests each year to benefit the Achievement Center. He proudly owns the fantasy football title at the TV station during its first year of existence about 2 decades ago. He enjoys running and has completed 17 marathons.
