Weiss then worked for WXVT in Greenville, Mississippi, as an anchor and reporter. She has also worked as an editor and reporter for AOL and the Huffington Post in the realm of celebrity entertainment.
Prior to working at AOL, she worked as an administrative Assistant and loan processor for Wells Fargo Financial in 2010. While there she acted as a leading assistant for the Wells Fargo Lien division, she also fixed, file mailed, and entered the loan document date into several computer programs daily. She also interned for WLS-TV ABC7 in 2008, where she participated in daily news meetings to discuss and execute story ideas.
Additionally, she worked as a Democratic National convection intern for CBS News New York. During her time there, she built an evening news set inside the state capital building for Katie Couric, Assisted file producers, directors, and technical workers, and logged tape for air at DNC. With her husband, son, and Yorkie, Brittany makes her home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. They take walks and try out different restaurants together. She is an Alpha Phi alumna who plans to explore the world and who likes to golf, read, swim, and cook.
