While at WINK, she covered the southwest Florida presidential visits, water crises, and hurricanes, and also traveled to South Florida for breaking news. She moved to South Florida in the year 2021 and worked as a freelance reporter at NBC 6.
Lauren’s first week on-air was during the Surfside building collapse. For weeks, she told the stories of the dozens of families who lost their loved ones in the tragedy. During her free time, she loves visiting her family in New York, spending time outside, reading, and catching up on the sleep that she doesn’t get during the week.
