Moreover, she served in the National Honor Society and chosen to represent Cheshire Academy at the Presidential Leadership High School Summit in 2017. Lynch serves WIVB as a multimedia journalist. She joined the News 4 team in March 2022. Prior to this, she served WETM, WIVB/WNLO’s sister station in Elmira as an anchor of 18 News at Noon and a reporter during the evening newscasts. Also, she has served as a producer and digital content creator. While in college, she served CNN, ESPN, and NBC Connecticut News as an intern. Moreover, she actively partook in ICTV News at the college where she served as an anchor, reporter, and producer.
This led to the upgrade of Good Day Ithaca, the station’s morning news program. Additionally, she attained a Region 1 Society of Professional Journalists Mark of Excellence Award for her reporting and the 2020 Syracuse Press Club Best College Sports Story, First Place. Amidst the Coronavirus pandemic, she debuted The Next Big Thing, a digital infotainment news program on Instagram. The program shared news and entertainment content on social media. She interviewed a number of influential people in the series such as Ginger Zee, Mark Sanchez, and Jade Pettyjohn.
When she is not working, she loves playing and watching sports, primarily her beloved Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres. On a side note, she serves as a cook and baker who often whips up tasty treats in the kitchen.
